Empire Fences and Decking

Empire intends to establish a franchise system for the building of fences and decks for residential customers across Canada. Empire recognizes that construction and sales management require two completely different skill and mindsets. These functions will be separated into two distinct franchises, awarded to individuals with years of experience in the field. Commissioned sales staff will use a 3-D design tool to standardize job specifications, which will be scheduled for the construction franchisee. Empire will monitor the entire end-to-end process to ensure on-time project completion and customer satisfaction.
