An Elegant Celebration of the Entrepreneurial Spirit

The Award Ceremony has become an annual and elegant celebration of entrepreneurial spirit, excellence, and innovation, qualities demonstrated by all participants and epitomized by National Wes Nicol Award finalists. An inspirational and always thought-provoking dinner speech from a well-known Canadian entrepreneur highlights an entertaining and memorable evening held in the ballroom of the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa. During a delicious three-course meal, each team's elevator pitch from the previous day is screened before the audience and then, the moment we've all been waiting for, the winning plan is announced and the National Wes Nicol Award - the "Nicol" - is presented to its creator.

The 2008 Wes Nicol Awards Gala is taking place on May 6, 2008 at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa.
